The provider's registered name and address are not published here yet. Until they are, this service is not being offered for sale, and the address below is the way to reach whoever is operating it.

Single point of contact
The address above is the single point of contact for everything: for customers and other recipients of the service, for Member State authorities, for the European Commission and the Board, and for the courts. It is a monitored inbox, read by a person who can act on what arrives.
Language: English. Correspondence in another official language of the Union will be read and answered as well as we are able, in English.
There is one address rather than four because there is one inbox rather than four. Support, abuse reports, security reports and data protection requests all arrive there and are triaged by what they are.
Reporting illegal content
Reports of illegal content on a customer's forge go to the same address, and the reporting page says what a report needs to contain and what we do with it.

What we host
Pikapod provides managed hosting of Forgejo, free software published by the Forgejo project under the GNU General Public Licence, version 3 or later. We are not affiliated with the Forgejo project and do not speak for it; we host their software and give 2% of revenue back to it.
Each customer's instance is that customer's, and its content is theirs. We do not select, edit or monitor it.
Dispute resolution
We are willing to answer any complaint by email, and would prefer to. We are not obliged to participate in, and do not commit to, arbitration before a consumer arbitration board.
